At Mallow Maison, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared before it makes its way to you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: during new product launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days from dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel size, and shipping method.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Mallow Maison is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we are happy to assist with tracking enquiries.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mallow Maison, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our designs. This policy outlines our returns and refunds process in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

  • Has a major fault
  • Is not as described
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the sample or images shown
  • Does not function as intended

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including but not limited to:

  • Deciding you no longer want the item
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Colour or style preferences
  • Incorrect measurements chosen

Please choose carefully before purchasing.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video evidence where applicable

Once assessed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Items Not as Described

If the product you receive is not as described or differs materially from what was shown on our website, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Return Conditions

Where a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging where reasonably possible
  • Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns

Mallow Maison is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a fault, damage, or error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs
  • If a return is approved for any other reason (where applicable), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Sale Items

Sale items are subject to the same rights under Australian Consumer Law.
However, we do not offer refunds for sale items due to change of mind.
